These terms apply to purchases from NoviMotion at novimotion.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below.

Orders and payment

Provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement and authorized to use your payment method. Prices are displayed in US dollars. The checkout shows available payment methods, discounts, shipping charges, and any taxes collected before you submit payment.

Products are subject to availability. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If we cannot supply an item or need to correct a material error, we will contact you and provide an appropriate cancellation or refund option. Price changes do not change an already accepted order.

Product information

We aim to describe products accurately. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colors appear. Lifestyle images may include AI-generated models; they illustrate styling and are not customer testimonials. Accessories shown with a product are not included unless the listing says otherwise.

Discounts

Our current automatic offer gives 15% off eligible yoga shorts when at least three eligible pieces are purchased in one order. Colors and sizes may be mixed. The discount applies to eligible items and appears in the cart or checkout. It does not automatically apply to future products and cannot be combined with other discounts unless expressly stated.

Use of this website

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or infringe the rights of others. Website content may not be used in a way that misrepresents a connection with NoviMotion.
