Shipping Policy

NoviMotion currently accepts orders for delivery within the United States. Available shipping options are shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Our current yoga shorts are fulfilled by a supplier that lists shipping from the United States. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing, followed by an estimated 4–7 business days in transit. The combined estimated delivery time is 6–10 business days after your order is placed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates. If we cannot ship within the stated processing time, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped items for a refund.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping for our current yoga shorts is free at checkout. Any shipping charges for other products or services will be displayed before you pay.

Order updates

We will email your order confirmation and provide tracking information when it becomes available. Items may arrive in separate packages. Please check your delivery address carefully before ordering.

Delivery questions

For address changes, tracking questions, or a missing or damaged package, contact support@novimotion.com with your order number. Address changes may not be possible once an order is being processed.
